Procedure for incorporating a Limited Liability Company in UAE

• Get the Company name approved by the Dept. of Planning and Economy.
• Prepare the Memorandum of Association of the company.
• Obtain a Tenancy Contract for the office.
• Deposit AED. 150,000/- in a U.A.E. Bank in the name of the company and its shareholders.
  
• Notarize the Memorandum of Association.
  
• Submit the Application to the Dept of Planning and Economy.
  
• Apply and pay the fees to the Ministry of Economy for Commercial Registration.
  
• Apply to the Chamber of Commerce for Membership.
  
• Submit the copy of Commercial registration and Chamber Membership to the Municipality for the issue of license.
